  • As Group Chair, Neil brings over 40 years of experience in the energy sector. Neil consistently builds efficient, high‑performing teams that deliver strong business outcomes. He drives operational excellence and identifies new opportunities to support sustainable growth.

  • As Chief Executive Officer, Ashley brings more than 20 years experience driving growth and profitability across major utility organisations.
