Neil consistently builds efficient, high‑performing teams that deliver strong business outcomes. He drives operational excellence and identifies new opportunities to support sustainable growth.

As Chief Commercial Officer, Stephen brings more than 20 years experience working with energy suppliers, industry bodies, and government on metering strategy and delivery. He has led OnStream’s business development function for over 14 years, driving sustained growth and long‑term partnerships. Stephen has delivered several complex metering programmes, including the rollout of SMETS2 and the company’s expansion into the German market.

As Chief Financial Officer, Andrew joined the meters team in 2004 at the start of its journey and has managed the finance function throughout. He has also managed the integration of Utility Meter Solution following the acquisition in 2011 and more recently the acquisition of Scottish Power Meters in 2025.

As General Counsel, Daniel has over 20 years of legal practice across a variety of private and in-house roles. He brings with him a broad range of experience, with a focus on financing and commercial contracts in the energy sector. He has over 13 years advising OnStream on material new MAP transactions in the UK and Germany, and day-to-day legal requirements.
